1. The courses are open to Italian and foreign citizens, students, professionals and amateurs, with no age limit, which can participate only as members, either as students or as listeners, after sending the subscription form.

For those not yet in good standing for the membership for the current year: it must be sent together with the application for admission to Agorarte, (downloadable here) with the receipt of the corresponding payment of the ordinary contribution of € 20.00 for the year 2015 (card), both if you wish to participate as an actual student or as an auditor.

2. The registration form (click here) must be completed in all its parts. Following the completion of the registration form, you must send the payment receipt of the registration fee and receipt of payment of the ordinary (if due) at segreteriacampus@agorarteassociazione.org.

3. All fees for the extraordinary contributions of individual participation are listed below; if already in compliance with the renewal of the card for the current year, each fee should be reduced for the ordinary contribution of € 20.00, corresponding to the membership card.

There are special fees for residents of Viganò and for the members of The Cambristi.

Each fee is to be considered as follows: € 50.00 (€ 20.00 + membership card € 30.00 in advance as a contribution of attendace) whereas enrollment in courses and workshops (€ 30.00 for one; € 50.00 for three ateliers ), to be paid and attached when sending the application form; the remaining fees­ - depending on your requests – are to be paid in cash at the office of the Campus the first day of lessons.

(Ex.: for the participation fee of € 180, € 50.00 are payable on registration with the receipt attached, € 110 to be paid in cash, but former partners should not pay € 20.00 for the membership card)

The registration fee (including membership card and advance on the contribution rate) will be refunded only in case of cancellation of the Campus.

In case of cancellation of individual courses, and workshops, the Association will refund the registration fee related to that single event or the percentage of the total contribution rate (in this case the 20 euro corresponding to the membership card will not be refunded).

You may attend without limitation all activities of the Campus as a regular student on payment of individual contribution of participation of € 370.00 (including membership card) -­ € 350.00 (including membership card) for residents in the City of Viganò or for members of the Cambristi and for former Agorarte members (€ 330.00).

You may enroll in a single course, atelier or workshop, paying (from a minimum of € 70, 00 to a maximum of € 250.00) as indicated in the Regulations. You can attend more than one course and workshop.

4. The deadline to submit the application is set to August 10th, 2015. The acceptance of applications received after this date will be at the discretion of the course management.

5. All payments must be made to the account : Association Agorarte, via Increa 70 - 20861 Brugherio (MB) -­ CREDEM subsidiary of Rovagnate - IBAN IT 59 X 03032 51720 010000000333 indicating as reason of payment "membership fee and registration to the 2015 Campus Music Park "(for former members only enrollment in the Campus Music in the Park").

6. Children need permission of a parent or legal guardian, filling a release form (downloadable here) towards the organization of courses (see registration form), which is also enclosed with the enrollment application.

7. Management reserves the right to cancel the courses of the campus in case of not reaching the minimum number of students. Any changes to the program which prove necessary will be communicated through the site and directly to subscribers.

8. Regular students are required to participate in concerts organized by the Teachers and the Association during the period of the Campus. And participants have to bring their own music stands.

9. All participants and auditors will be given a certificate of attendance at the end of the Campus.

10. The organization accepts no responsibility for any accidents to persons or property occured during the course of the Campus. And it is recommended to have insurance coverage, particularly for children.

11. The signing of the entry form implies acceptance of these rules including any changes adopted by the organization.
